中,小转炉加速推广复吹技术

转炉复吹法,由于综合了顶吹法和底吹法的优点,已成为氧气转炉发展的必然。我国转炉复吹技术经过“七五”期间攻关,已为中、小转炉应用复吹法提供了必要的技术和成熟经验。在“八五”期间,建议我国中、小转炉加速推广转炉复吹技术,以提高其技术水平和经济效益。

ACCELERAION OF COMBINED BLOWN TECHNIQUE POPULARIZATI-ON IN SMALL-MEDIUM SIZED CONVERTERS

The combined blown process for converter steel making has already become an ine- vitable tendency to the dovelopment of oxygen converters as it enjoys advantages of both the top blown process and the bottom blown one. In China rich and mature tech- nique and experience gained in the top-bottom combined blown process through carrying out project of "tackling key technical problems"during the 7~(th) Five Year Plan period will help a lot to the application of this new precess to small and medium sized co- nverters. It is recommended that popularization of the combined blown technique be sped up in China so as to raise the technical level of steelmaking and improve the economical efficiency
