摘    要:为给监督管理提供依据,对浙江省宁波市江东区内的34家现场制作饮料的饮料店进行了卫生学调查并对26份产品进行了抽查。调查结果显示饮料店的整体卫生水平差,主要是布局不合理,存在交叉污染,卫生设施不齐全,生产过程不卫生。26份产品18份不合格,占69%。建议省级-卫生行政部门制定现场制作饮料店卫生管理办法。加强对其的卫生指导和监督管理。加强从业人员在加工方面的卫生要求、消毒、个人卫生等方面的培训。

Abstract:shops at Ningbo city,Zhejiang province China were investigated and their 26 samples (drinks made by themselves) were examined.The results showed that the overall sanitary level of the drink\|making shops were poor and 18 products(69%)did not meet the national hygiene standard.It suggested that the health authorities should issue strict hygiene regulations of shops making and selling drinks,the inspectors should enhance hygiene instruction and inspection to the shops,the workers working in the shops should be trained in sanitary requirements,sterilization practice and personal hygiene.
