摘    要:An experimental study of wave characteristics after jump in energy dissipation ofhydraulic jump is presentedinthis paper.It was completed in a trough with a horizontal bed,40cm in width.Various elements of wave were measured,the wave form,period,spectrumand its attenuation along course are analyzed,and the physical mechanism of wave is discussed.An expression of the maximum wave height after jump is given,based on the measured data.Some measures to diminish wave are discussed preliminarily also.
