油气管线SCADA系统调度控制中心的安全策略

摘    要:随着国家信息化和工业自动化的日益推进,灾难备份逐渐凸现其重要作用。对信息化依赖程度越高的国家和公司,对自动化依赖程度越高的国家和企业,受到网络攻击和突发恐怖事件也就越频繁,而突发事件带来的灾难造成的损失和社会影响也就越大。为此,在强调了灾难备份对国家安全和企业的生存和发展的基础上,讨论了石油、天然气长输管道的SCADA系统的调度控制中心双机容错的策略,进一步阐述了油气长输管道的SCADA系统异地容灾的策略,最后对比分析了网络附加存储(Network Attached Storage,简称NAS)和存储区域网(Storage Area Network,简称SAN)这两种最重要的容灾备份的存储技术。

Abstract:As national communication and industrial atomization develop day by day, the important role of disaster backup appears gradually. The more the countries and companies rely on communication and atomization, the more frequently they are attacked by hackers and terror incidents, and the more the loss and social influence made by the disaster from sudden events are. Based on the importance of disaster backup for nation safety and enterprise survival and development, the strategy of tolerating errors with double units is discussed for SCADA system dispatching and controlling center of long oil/gas pipelines. Also, the strategy of tolerating disaster un-locally is further described for SCADA system of long oil/gas pipelines. In the end, the 2 kinds of major backup techniques, i.e. the Network Attached Storage and the Storage Area Network, are compared and analyzed.
