从麦麸中提取菲汀的工艺条件优化

摘    要:研究了从麦麸提取菲汀的工艺条件,并对菲汀含量进行了检验。通过正交实验得到优化实验条件为初始pH值2.0,60℃水浴浸泡6h。通过二次浸泡并进行摇床动态浸泡方式,改进了传统的一次、静态浸泡的方式,从而大幅度提高了菲汀的提取率。另外,采用铁盐法进行菲汀含量测定提取效果。该工艺操作简便,可以降低原料消耗,提高废渣质量,减少废水排放量。

Condition optimization study of extract phytin from bran
Abstract:We investigate the process of extracting phytic acid from bran, and check the content of phytic acid. The best condition is determined through orthogonal experiment: initial pH is 2.0; bran soaked at 60?℃ for 6 hours. We improve the traditional single static soaking by twice and dynamic soaking in rocking bed. The extraction rate is increased significantly. The content of phytic is determined with iron-salt technique to identify the extracting results. This technique is easy to operate, decreases raw material expense, elevates residue quality, and cuts down waste water.
