On risk avoidance in the construction of information system in China's tobacco industry

With the in\|depth development of enterprise information system the scale of management information system becomes increasingly large and more complex. In a situation like this the selection of project, quality of finished system, control of expenditure, system security and the system maintaining ability become ever apparent. And problems as such have become an obvious obstacle in the construction of enterprise information system. It is necessary to search scientific project management and risk management system as to buide up effective risk avoidance system in enterprises in China's tobacco industry.
