装配配合约束自动获取技术研究

摘    要:装配配合约束获取对于装配设计、装配工艺规划等多个领域的研究具有重要意义;现有的装配配合约束获取方法容易产生约束的遗漏和约束无效性;通过对自动获取配合约束技术进行研究,在充分利用CAD模型几何拓扑信息的基础上。提出了几何约束识别和配合验证相结合的装配配合约束自动获取箅法;实践证明,该方法可以显著地提高约束信息的获取效率、正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Obtaining assembly mating constraints has significance in many different fields such as assembly design and assembly planning. The existing acquisition methods could induce the mating constraints being omitted or invalid. We researched on the method of automatic acquisition assembly mating constraints. Based on the geometry and topology information of CAD model, a novel algorithm integrating recognizing the geometrical constraints and validating to obtaining assembly mating constraints is presented. Experimental results show that this approach can remarkably improve the acquisition efficiency, correctness and validity of constraints.
