| 摘 要： | 利用带卷取功能软件包的T400工艺板(Axial Winder SP W420 for T400 Technology Board Version V2.21(Edition,05.2001))来实现卷烟纸复卷机的开卷传动,配合Masterdrive CUVC系列矢量控制逆变器以及ABB的张力传感器来实现纸辊开卷和收卷过程中的恒张力控制,在实际生产应用中取得了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces that using the T400 Technology Board(Axial Winder SPW420 for T400 Technology Board Version V2.21(Edition ,05.2001))implement unwinder drive control of the rewinder machine for cigarette paper, together with Masterdrive CUVC inverter and ABB Tension Transducer implement the fixed tension control in unwindering、rewindering and fetch good effect. |
