液压支架焊接接头的研究

摘    要:应用Pro/E三维建模软件与ANSYS有限元分析软件对液压支架结构件常用焊接接头进行了受力分析,通过对液压支架常用焊接接头的分类对比,总结出煤矿用液压支架结构件常用焊接接头的结构与应力分布特点,为液压支架的设计制造提供参考。

Abstract:Applying the Pro/E three-dimensions modeling software and ANSYS finite element analysis software to the standing-force analysis on the commonly-used welded joints of the components of the support,and classifying and contrasting between them,has obtained a result of their structure traits and stress distributing traits,which supply references to the support designing.
