SiC微粒对电沉积Ni-W-P-SiC复合镀层性能的影响

摘    要:利用复合电沉积方法制备出Ni-W-P-SiC复合镀层,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)与能谱分析(EDS)等方法,研究了不同SiC微粒添加量对Ni-W-P-SiC复合镀层组织形貌、耐磨性和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:当SiC添加量为60 g.L-1时,复合镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性最好,同时镀层的耐蚀性能也达到最佳。

Abstract:The Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition.The surface morphology and microstructure,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Ni-W-P-SiC composite coatings were analyzed by XRD,SEM and SEM.The results show that the microhardness and wear resistance of coatings reach the best with 60 g.L-1 SiC concentration in bath,at the same time,the corrosion resistance of composite coating also performs optimum.
