| 摘 要： | 当前城市设计实践和研究中存在着诸如:理念问题——对城市设计中生态价值和人文意义的忽视;价值问题——城市设计对众多社会问题缺乏应对措施;实施问题——很多城市设计缺乏可操作性;定位问题——城市设计和城市规划的关系界定模糊;制度问题——对城市设计需要什么样的制度保障存在争议等。论文针对这些问题提出了相应解决方法。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to come up with corresponding measures to solve the problems existed in current practice and researches of urban design, which are: 1.Idea - negli- gence of the ecological value and humane significance in urban design; 2. Value - lack of countermeasures against nu- merous social problems; 3. Implementation - deficiency of workability in lots of designs; 4. Positioning - blurred de- limitation between urban design and city planning; 5. Insti- tutions - what kind of institutional security needed for ur- ban design is still under dispute. |
