摘    要:利用生物技术转化利用酿酒副产物。黄水和酒尾发酵制作生物酯化液、人工老窖泥、养窖液,发酵生产液体水产饲料;酒糟发酵生产颗粒型水产饲料、肉牛(羊)养殖青贮饲料;实现了酒厂的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益的同步增长。

Abstract:Using Biotechnology transform and utilize by-products in loquor-making.Yellow water and liquor trailings were made into bio-esterifying liquid,manmade aged pit mud,maintenace pit liquid and liquid aquatic feed;distiller's grains were product into particle-type aquatic feed,cattleand sheep feed.It can be economic benefits of liquor factory,social benefits and environmental benefits.
