| 摘 要： | 为了实现面向服务架构业务导向和灵活性的目标,提出了一种流程导向的服务设计方法.该方法从流程分析人手,考虑了流程的松散耦合性和应变性两个基本目标.通过活动依赖关系,量化了流程活动间的依赖性,引入竞争元素,量化了流程应变性.设计了"竞争-活动-依赖结构"矩阵,以描述复杂流程的竞争要素和活动间的依赖关系.在"竞争-活动-依赖结构"矩阵的基础上,采用多目标聚类算法来识别流程的业务服务.
