水平定向钻机液压系统的设计与分析

摘    要:水平定向钻机的液压系统是实现其各执行机构运动与控制的关键系统。基于水平定向钻机的结构特点和作业要求,设计了由动力头行走(钻进/回拖)子系统、钻杆旋转子系统以及辅助子系统组成的液压系统,利用功率键合图法对其关键系统进行建模,利用Simulink软件对模型进行仿真分析,得出其动态特性和参数影响关系,并以降低高压油路压力为目标,对系统部分参数进行了优化。分析和设计结果为水平定向钻机疲压系统的进一步完善设计与应用提供了依据。

Abstract:The hydraulic system of Horizontal Directional Drill(HDD) is used to actualize the motion and control of executive mechanisms.Based on the construction character and working requirement of HDD,the hydraulic system is designed,which is combined of three subsystems : power head locomotion(drilling forward / pulling backward) subsystem,drill pipe rotating subsystem and other supplementary subsystem.The model of the key system is built by using of the power bond graphics.By simulating and analyzing using Simulink software,the dynamic character and parameter relationships of the system are obtained.In order to reduce the press of oil pathway,some parameters are optimized.The analytical and design results are useful for further design and application of the HDD hydraulic system.
