无灰分散剂副产盐酸的汽提精制实验报告

摘    要:以瓷质拉西环为填料,采用空塔线速度005~015m/s,汽提温度70~80℃,气液(体积)比为130∶1~160∶1的操作条件下,可使无灰分散剂副产盐酸中2-氯-2-甲基丙烷等有机物杂质含量从15×10-4脱除到(12±3)×10-6,脱除率达90%以上。

Abstract:The contents of organic impurities,such as 2-chloro-2 methyl propane,content in hydrochloric acid by-product from the production of ashless dispersant can be reduced from 1.510-4 to (1.203)10-5under the following stripping refining conditions: the ceramic Rasching is used as packing material;superficial linear velocity is 0.050.15 m/s;stripping temperature is 7080 ;the ratio of gas to liquid is 13011601. The impurity removing rate can be achieved 90%.
