| Abstract: | UPVC pipes are excellent substitutes for small diameter concrete pipes as municipal sewers. A comparison of the performance and cost is made between UPVC pipes and concrete pipes based on both theories and engineering practice, which leads to a further acknowledgement of the high value of UPVC pipes. |
