Abstract:Membrance technology, catalysis and compound of enzyme, heredity engineering and extraction of surpass critical fiuid are counted as the four major technologies in food and medicine engineering in the 21st century. This paper introduces the applications of membrance technology and inorganic membrance technology in food industry.
