摘    要:原川东气田采出的天然气经集中脱硫脱水后再输出,这种集中脱硫脱水管网布置会使单井至脱硫厂输送湿含硫天然气管道腐蚀严重,爆管事故频繁发生;管内积水严重,管输效率低,冬天经常发生管道冰堵,影响安全生产。为了有效缓解湿天然气给管线站场带来的危害,在新建大天池输气干线沿线进气点均设置了脱水装置,保证了干线干气输送。其中,引进的四套橇装脱水装置均采用三甘醇作为脱水剂。整个脱水装置采用橇装布置,由吸收橇、再生橇、燃料气脱硫橇、仪表风橇四个橇块组成。引进脱水装置试运考核的结果表明,装置各项技术指标均达到或接近设计值。并简要介绍了龙门气田引进的四套天然气脱水装置主要工艺流程、设计参数及试运情况,详细分析主要工艺参数、消耗指标、突出特点及尚需完善的问题,并从现场操作维护的角度对引进脱水装置作出评价、建议。

Abstract:The natural gas recovered from the gas fields in East Sichuan was transported out after being dehydrated and desulfurized concentratedly, which always made the sour wet gas pipeline linking up single well with desulfurization factory be seriously corroded, thus causing the accident of pipe explosion to happen frequently. And the safety in production was influenced, because the pipeline transmission efficiency was low and the ice plug in pipeline often happened during winter owing to the serious water accumulation in pipeline. In order to relieve the harm caused by the wet gas for the pipeline and transportation stations, the dehydrating units were placed at each gas inlet point along the new built Datianchi gas main pipeline so as to guarantee the dry gas to be transported in it. Four sets of skid mounted gas dehydrating units were introduced and the triethylene glycol was taken as the dehydrating agent. The entire dehydrating unit is composed of four skid blocks as the absorption, regeneration, gas desulfurization and instrument air skids. Through the preliminary operation examination of the introduced gas dehydrating units it is shown that all the indexes of the units reach or approach the designed values. In the paper, the major technological processes design parameters and preliminary operation circumstances of the four sets of gas dehydrating units introduced by Longmen gas field are briefly stated, the main technoligical parameters, consumption indexes, outstanding properties and deficiencies are analyzed in detail and the evaluation and suggestion are made for the introduced gas dehydrating units from the angle of on site operation and maintenance.
