晶闸管智能模块中的微型霍尔电流传感器的设计

摘    要:传感器在系统中担负着采集信息的重要任务,传感器准确度和可靠性的高低,决定着该系统的成败。介绍了一种利用砷化镓霍尔元件设计的微型霍尔电流传感器。首先对磁路原理进行了分析,并根据此原理设计了满足大电流、小体积要求的磁芯,介绍了霍尔电流传感器的工作原理,并设计了放大整流电路,对电路各个部分做了介绍,特别是对补偿霍尔元件的温度漂移电路作了详细的介绍。最后列出实验结果。该传感器具有体积小、准确度高、线性度好、灵敏度高、功耗低、电路结构简单等优点。

Abstract:The sensor, whose veracity and reliability determine the success of the system, plays an important role of collecting information. In this paper ,a small Hall current sensor made from a GaAs Hall component is introduced. Firstly, the principle of magnetic route is analyzed and magnetic core according with high current small volume is designed. Secondly, the paper introduces the operation principle of the Hall current sensor, designs the magnifying and rectifying circuit and describes es all parts of the circuit in detail, especially, the circuit for compensating temperature drifting. Finally, some experimental results are shown. The sensor posesses the advantages of very simple construction, small volume, high sensitivity, high linearity, low power losses.
