摘    要:探讨了在线常化的36Mn2V钢Φ114.3mm×6.35mm石油套管热处理工艺,并进行了石油套管的亚温淬火工艺试验。试验结果表明,合理的亚温淬火工艺可以获得综合力学性能良好的石油套管,并且完全满足美国APISpec5CT标准中规定的N80钢级性能要求。

Abstract:Discussed is the on-line normalization heat treatment of the Ф114.3 mm×6.35 mm 36Mn2V cas- ing, and test of sub-temperature quench process thereof as carried out. The test result shows that the subtempera- ture quench process enables the said casing to have satisfactory comprehensive mechanical properties and meet rele- vant requirements for the N80 steel grade as specified in API Spec. 5CT.
