摘    要:通过提高C、Mn、Si含量和增加Cr含量,以及用锻后和热处理的“正火+回火”工艺代替第二热处理的“淬火+回火”工艺,取消了第二热处理、校正、半精加工等工序,达到了降低成本,提高市场竞争力的目的。

Abstract:In order to reduce the cost and improve the competitive ability,there are following measures,such as increasing the C,Mn,Si content and adding the Cr content,substituting the forged and "normalizing and tempering" heat treatment process for "quenching and tempering" heat treatment process,and cancelling the second heat treatment,normalizing and semi-finishing machine processes.
