基于城市安全的园林规划设计编制框架研究

我国城市发生安全事件逐渐趋于常态化,并且损失也不断加大,非传统的城市安全隐患已成为严重的威胁,传统的园林防灾规划研究需要进行相应的变革.阐明开展基于城市安全的园林规划设计研究的必要性,提出"安全园林规划设计"的概念,并尝试探讨其基本内涵、内容构成和规划程序,初步建立包括城乡安全绿地系统规划、行政分区安全绿地系统规划、社区安全园林规划设计的安全园林规划设计编制体系框架,以期拓展解决城市安全的新思路,满足日益紧迫的城市安全建设要求.
