| 摘 要： | 软件中的情感目标指软件在满足用户需求过程中用户愿意或不愿意体会到的感觉。了解和捕获用户的情感目标,是软件需求工程成功的关键。研究梳理软件中用户情感目标的概念结构,分析软件中捕获情感目标的重要性和障碍,列出软件情感目标的发展进程和捕获的技术框架。指出未来研究者和实践者应该灵活地使用和开发相关的捕获指导方案,进一步将情感目标转化为软件设计规范,并探究情感目标的跨时间和跨文化差异。

| Abstract: | Emotional goals in software refer to the feeling that users are willing or unwilling to feel in the process of satisfying users needs. It is the key to the success of software requirement engineering to understand and elicit user s emotional goals. This paper combed the conceptual structure of user s emotional goals in software, analyzed the importance and obstacles of eliciting emotional goals in software, and listed the development process of software emotional goals and the technical framework of elicitation. We point out that future researchers and practitioners should flexibly use and develop relevant elicitation guidance schemes, further transform emotional goals into software design specifications, and explore the cross-temporal and cross-cultural differences of emotional goals. |
