摘    要:随着智慧物流的不断发展,物流中心以其高效、低成本、便捷等优势成为现代物流系统中的关键环节,而分拣模式的选用对物流中心的运作效率起着至关重要的作用。为了提高物流中心的分拣效率,提出一种"多向进货分拣模式"。以分拣量为研究因素,利用FlexSim仿真软件建立物流中心分拣系统的仿真模型。通过多次仿真实验,分析对比货物输入输出量以及平均等待时间等指标,评估该分拣模式的运作效率。并在此基础上测试不同需求条件下分拣系统的最大分拣量,证明了该分拣模式的适用性。

Abstract:With the continuous development of intelligent logistics, logistics center has become the key link of modern logistics system with its advantages of high efficiency, low cost and convenience, and the selection of sorting mode plays a vital role in the operation efficiency of logistics center. In order to improve the sorting efficiency of logistics centers, we proposed a multidirectional stock sorting mode. Taking sorting quantity as the research factor, the simulation model of sorting system of logistics centers was established based on FlexSim. Through several simulation experiments, the operation efficiency of the sorting mode was evaluated by comparing the input and output of goods and the average waiting time. On this basis, we tested the maximum sorting capacity of the sorting system under different demand conditions, and the applicability of the sorting mode was proved.
