摘    要:分析了离子膜电解装置脱氯系统亚硫酸钠消耗量的影响因素,如脱氯真空度、脱氯前后盐水的pH值、出电解槽盐水的温度和氯含量、工艺管线的设计缺陷、脱氯塔分布器的结构和填料的性状以及亚硫酸钠的质量等,并提出了降低消耗的相应措施。

Abstract:The factors influencing consumption of sodium sulfite in dechlorination in ion-exchange membrane dectrolyzing plants were analyzed, such as vacuum degree of dechlorination, pH value of brine before and after dechlorination, temperature and chlorine content of brine flowing from electrolytzers, design flaws of process pipeline, structure of dechlorination tower distributor, shape and properties of deehlorination tower packing, and quality of sodium sulfite. Measures to reduce the consumption of sodium sulfite were put forward.
