摘    要:该文建立了主配压阀流体域模型,通过CFD仿真,分析出最优的油道容积并进行了验证。结果表明,最优容积既保证了主配压阀设计流量达到了预期值,又确保了阀体结构的经济性。最后通过流场分析说明最优油道容积对流场有明显改进作用。以上研究对主配压阀的设计和流场可视化研究具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The fluid domain model of giant main distributing valve was established, and the optimal volume of oil channel was obtained and proved by CFD simulation. The conclusions are drawn that the optimal volume not only ensure the designed discharge meets predictive value but also the economy of valve body. Finally, the paper show that the flow field has been improved obviously by the optimal oil way volume through flow field analysis method. The results of the analysis provide fundamental basis for the design and visualization research of main distributing valve.
