摘    要:为解决工程车辆液压系统结构复杂,不易拆卸,故障原因不易辨识等问题,提出了一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络和GPRS网络的远程故障诊断系统。系统基于软件仿真和硬件搭建的方案,由ZigBee无线传感器网络采集液压系统工作数据,经GPRS网络传输到远程故障诊断中心。该系统具有结构简单、功耗低、易于实现等优点,并具有较强的可扩展性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of engineering vehicles hydraulic system structure is complex, it is not easy to remove, the cause is not easy to identify and so on, proposing a kind of remote fault diagnosis system which based on ZigBee wireless sensor network and GPRS networks. The systerm based on the software and hardware to setting up the plan. Collecting data of hydraulic system work by ZigBee wireless sensor network and transmiting information to the remote fault diagnosis center by the GPRS network. The system is simple in structure, low power consumption, easy to realize and which has strong scalability.
