微型计算机在高炉自动上料系统中的应用

摘    要:本文详细地叙述了高炉上料两级式集散型过程控制系统的结构和功能。该系统具有称重补偿计算和全汉字的人机对话功能。硬件采用由单片机组成的模块式结构,互换性强,系统于1989年投入运行,运行稳定、操作方便,控制效果好。

Abstract:This paper comprehensively describes the structure and functions of the two-Level distributed pro- cess control system for blast furnace automatic charging in Qian-Li Mantain Iron and Stell factory. The system is provided with weighing compensate calculation and Chinese Man-machine talk.Module structure made of Single-slice microcomputer is used in the hardware,exchangedbility is good.Since 1989,the System is stable in running,easy in opetation and excellent in control effect
