摘    要:如何提高脱硫- 烟塔合一系统的可靠性, 是采用脱硫- 烟塔合一方式的电厂, 特别是新建的没有旁路烟道的电厂所面临的严峻现实问题。根据华能北京热电厂在实施脱硫- 烟塔合一工程过程中, 以及正常投运半年左右的实际经验, 主要针对工程设计及后续的改进设计, 对脱硫工艺系统的烟风系统、石灰石系统、吸收塔系统等, 以及烟塔的多方面设计内容进行了较全面总结, 提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Because of economic and environmental benefits of desulphurization-NDCT with flue gas injection,more and more domestic power companies are favoring this technology.However,the serious question of how to improve its reliability is faced by power plants using this technology,especially those without bypass flues.Based on experiences gained from implementation and half year operation of such a system at Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant,this paper summarizes design aspects,such as flue gas and air system of desulphurization process,limestone system,absorbing tower,and flue design,etc,and recommendations are also presented.
