| 摘 要： | 根据对国内有色金属工业装备现状面临的形势及国外发展趋势的分析，提出装备发展的总体战略为：在2010年完成由劳动密集型向技术密集型的转变，耗能型向节能型的转变，单纯的技术设备引进向技术设备出口与转让的转变，设备维修由分散向专业化、社会化的转变，最终促进企业生产完成由经验型向科学型的转变和经济增长方式由粗放型向集约性的转变。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of situation faced forconferrous metallurgical industries at home and the tendency ofdevelopment abroad. total strategies of developing equipmentare: to complete the changes from labor-intensive totechnology-intensive, the changes from consuming energy tosaving energy, the changes from importing technology andequipment simply to exporrting and transferring them, the changesof repairing euipment from scattered system to specialized andsocialized system in 2010, finally to promoting the enterpriseproduction to complete the changes from experiential method toscientific method. the changes of economic increase from extensiveto intensive. |
