摘    要:非自喷探井的连续产能测试是一项重要而又复杂的工作。在试油阶段由于受条件的限制,目前采用的主要方法有抽汲、提捞、气举、气化水、地层测试等,对求准油层的产量并进行连续产能测试有较大的困难和局限性。本文提出了一种"射孔-测试-排液"一体化三联作试油测试技术,既能满足常规测试取资料的要求,又能利用排液设备实现长时间连续产能测试。同时,采用有机盐射孔液保护已射开的油气层,并利用水力泵可加温、加药降粘的特点,能较好地满足非自喷高凝稠油井产能测试的要求。文中介绍了其主要技术特点和现场应用情况,该技术经现场应用,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The testing of continuous productivity for exploration well of non-flowing is a kind of important and complicated task. In the course of production test, owing to a limited condition, at present the key methods which is swabbing, bailing, gas lift, gasifying water and formation test etc. to be adopted, the above-mentioned methods occurs the difficulty and limitation for measuring precise production of pay zone and testing continuous productivity. This paper illustrates a kind of technology which is named production test of three-joint operation that consists of perforation-testing-drainage. The kind of technology not only can meet the requirements of obtaining data during conventional production test of long-time by using drainage equipments. Simultaneously, take advantage of perforating fluid of organic salt to protect perforated zone, and it canon-flowing in view of hydraulic pump can be provided with the property of heating and viscosity reduction by adding agent. The key technical property and on-site operation are introduced in this paper. Then also properly meet the requirements of productivity test for high-condensate and viscous crude well of application results of on-site is good.
