摘    要:介绍了在设计、施工和催化裂化装置操作等方面延长重油催化裂化设备衬里寿命的一些经验和措施 ,如不同部位衬里结构、衬里材料和衬里构件材质的选择 ,构件的焊接方式 ,衬里挡板的设计 ,保温钉结构及型式的选择 ,衬里的施工方法以及催化裂化装置的平稳操作等。认为只要采取合理措施 ,就可以使衬里“三年不小修 ,十年不大修”。

Abstract:Experiences in design, construction and operation to lengthen service life of lining in RFCCU are introduced. Selection of lining structure, lining material and lining member material in different positions, welding of lining members, design of lining baffle, selection of the structure and type of fixing rivet, the construction of lining and stable operation of RFCCU are described. It is concluded that so long as proper measures have been adopted the liner works well for as long as 10 years.
