水溶性丙烯酸氨基烘烤涂料固化反应研究

摘    要:以一定含量的羟基和羧基水溶性丙烯酸树脂和具有相同含量的羟基和羧基溶剂型丙烯酸树脂作主要成膜物,以氨基树脂作固化剂,配制成相应的水溶性热固型丙烯酸树脂清漆和溶剂型热固丙烯酸树脂清漆。通过DSC测试,判断其固化反应温度的差异。结果发现,水溶性热固型丙烯酸–氨基树脂清漆的固化反应温度比同类溶剂型热固丙烯酸–氨基树脂清漆的高。

Abstract:The water-soluble and solvent-based thermo-setting acrylic resin varnishes were prepared by respectively using water-soluble and solvent-based acrylic resins with the same contents of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups as major film-forming substances,and amino resin as curing agent. The difference between the curing temperatures of the two varnishes was determined by DSC analysis. The results showed that the curing reaction temperature of the former is higher than that of the latter.
