摘    要:介绍了马氏体不锈钢1Cr13Mo叶片补焊工艺,根据厂里要求修复后要达到的效果、马氏体不锈钢的特性、叶片磨损程度和工期要求合理制定焊接修复工艺,圆满完成叶片修复工作,目前机组运行正常。

Repair Process for the Blades of Stationary Blade Bearing Cylinder of TRT Generator

Abstract:The repair welding process for the 1Cr13Mo blades of martensite stainless steel was introduced. Repair welding process was properly designed according to the repair requirement, the characteristics of martensite stainless steel, wearing degree of the blades and time limit of the work. The blades repair work was successfully completed and the unit has been normally operating since.
