翻板机自动控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了翻板机系统的工艺流程和系统结构,并据此设计了翻板机自动控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计流程。系统可根据当前物料参数,实时调整夹紧力,使系统实现物料的可靠夹紧和翻转,实现一键翻钢,大大提高了系统的稳定性和运行效率。

Abstract:The process flow and system structure of the plate turnover machine were in-troduced, based on which the hardware structure and software design flow of the automatic control system of the machine were designed. The system can realtime adjust clamping force according to current material parameters, realizing steady clamping and reliable turnover of steel plates at a button stroke and greatly improving the stability and operation efficiency of the system.
