摘    要:转炉汽包液位在转炉炼钢中起着至关重要的作用,但由于受转炉炼钢工艺的影响,在转炉吹炼周期内汽包液位会发生大幅度波动,对转炉安全运行带来很大安全隐患。介绍了三冲量调节系统,在无法使用三冲量调节时可使用延时定时补水方式。

Abstract:The water level in the steam drum of converter plays an important role in converter steelmaking. But due to the effect of converter steelmaking process, the water level of steam drum would greatly fluctuate during smelting operation, causing major safety risks to the operation. A three-impulse regulation system was introduced. When three-impulse regula-tion system cannot be used the delaying and timing water feed mode can be adopted.
