低压动态无功补偿装置在无缝钢管轧机的应用

摘    要:针对轧钢厂主轧机的电能质量治理问题,提出了在整流变二次侧装设低压TCR+FC型动态无功补偿装置的新型解决方案,并根据实际工程案例对低压动补和高压动补两种方案进行了分析对比,为实施类似工程提供了借鉴。

Abstract:To tackle the problem of rectifying the electricity power quality for rollingmills, a new solution of installing a low-voltage TCR+FC dynamic reactive power compensationdevice at the secondary side of the rectifier transformer is put forward; and the two solutionsof low-voltage and high-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation are analyzed and comparedbased on actual project cases, to provide reference for similar projects.
