摘    要:对H3PW12 O4 0 ·xH2 O(PW12 )和PW12 /C催化乙酸和甘油酯化合成三乙酸甘油酯进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量、甘油 /乙酸 (摩尔比 )、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响。固载型杂多酸催化剂重复使用 9次 ,活性没有明显下降。粗产物可用活性炭脱色。较适宜的酯化反应条件是 :甘油 /乙酸 (摩尔比 ) 1∶4.0 ,催化剂 /甘油 (质量比 ) 2 .5 %,醋酐 /甘油 (质量比 ) 2 0 %,总反应时间 4~ 5h ,反应温度 <12 5℃ ,甘油酯化率大于 98%,纯度大于 99%。

Abstract:The synthesis of glycerin triacetate from acetic acid and glycerin catalyzed by H 3PW 12O 40·xH 2O(PW 12) or PW 12/C was studied. The effects of reaction conditions such as the amount of catalyst, glycerin/acetic acid (molar ratio), reaction temperature, and reaction time etc. were investigated. The PW 12/C could be used for 9 times without distinct decrease in activity. The raw product could be decolorized by activated carbon. The optimum conditions for the esterification reaction are as follow: glycerin/acetic acid (molar ratio) 1∶4, catalyst/glycerin (mass ratio) 2.5%, acetic anhydride/glycerin (mass ratio) 20%, total reaction time 45 h and reaction temperature <125 ℃. The esterification rate of glycerin is >98%, and the product purity is >99%.
