| Abstract: | This paper presents the main aspects of the structural design of Hefei Grand Theater, including the selection and arrangement of structural system, detail design of the interface between structural steel and reinforced concrete members, selection of foundation type, the structural analysis procedure and the design of structural details. The procedures and conclusions provided in this paper can be used as references for the structural design of similar structural types and other complex structural types. |
