自适应模糊PID在低气压试验箱压力控制系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了自适应模糊PID参数控制在低气压试验箱压力控制系统中应用,实现压力的无超调控制。并通过软件仿真,与常规PID控制器相比较,系统的静、动态性能明显提高,同时增强系统适应能力和鲁棒性,保证了测试工艺所要求的真空度要求。

Abstract:Introduce the application of an adaptive fuzzy control to pressure control system of the low pressure cham ber. T he non-overload control of pressure can be achieved. C om pared w ith the conventional PID control through sim ulation results,the adaptive fuzzy control can im prove the static and dynam ic states as w ell as its adaptability and robustness. It can also guarantee the dem and of vacuum degree in the testing process.
