双流量高效测调技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对高效测调技术在应用中存在的问题,大庆油田研究开发了非集流双流量单层高效测调技术,并在现场应用中取得了良好效果,对于特高含水阶段的注水开发具有重要意义。该技术的调节系统由PC测调软件、地面测控仪、井下测调仪、单芯电缆和可调堵塞器等组成,其中井下仪主机内安装的电路板组件是实现整机通讯、数据采集处理的核心部件,地面测控仪的基本功能是为井下仪提供直流稳压电源和实现井下仪与地面PC机之间的通信链路,通过PC测调软件可实现仪器的各种功能。双流量高效测调技术适合各种偏心配水工艺管柱,可实现非集流方式下的分层单测,减少了层间干扰造成的影响,仪器适应性、可操作性较好,资料可靠性更高。今后应在现有基础上增加磁感应部件,研究开发电动投捞测试仪器,提高堵塞器投捞效率,最关键的是要制定统一的、量化的、可操作的各项标准。

Abstract:Aiming at the issues about the technique of efficient testing and adjusting in field application ,the testing and adjusting technique with non-collecting dual-flowmeter for single layer was developed and good results have been achieved in the Daqing oilfield application.It is very important for waterflood development in the extra high water cut period.The regulation system is composed of PC testing and adjusting software, ground control instrument,underground testing and adjusting apparatus,single core cable and adjustable plug and so on.Among them,the assembly circuit board installed in the downhole host is the core part of commu- nicating and collecting data.The fundamental function of the ground control instrument is to supply direct current power with stable pressure and communicate the downhole instruments with the surface PC engine and every function of the instrument may be realized through the PC testing and adjusting software.The effi- cient dual-flowmeter testing and adjusting technique with good adaptability ,maneuverability ,high data reliabili- ty could be used for various eccentric water distribution strings and flow rate of the single layer could be measured using non-collecting test technique with less interlayer interference.The magnetic induction compo- nents should be applied and the electric fishing and testing instrument should be developed to improve the fishing ratio of the plug in the future.The most important thing is to establish unified ,quantified and opera- tional standards.
