| 摘 要： | 现代远程高等教育的本质特征是教与学在时空上相对分离，这决定了处于现代远程高等教育体系中的学习者要有较强的自学能力和自律精神，因此现代远程高等教育的定位是成人教育、继续教育和终身教育。当然，这一定位并不排斥现代远程高等教育与传统校园高等教育的融合，据此，提出了现代高等教育体系的基本框架。

| Abstract: | The essential character of modern distance high education is the separate of instruction and learning in time and space that makes the learners in the system of modern distance education have to have strong self-study ability and self-discipline spirit. So the orientation of modern distance high education is adult education, continue education and all-life education. Certainly, this orientation does not exclude the amalgamation of modern distance high education and traditional campus high education. Thereby, writer has put forward the essential frame of modern high education system. |
