钢铁厂厂区污水处理工艺仿真控制系统研究

摘    要:钢铁厂厂区废水与超细颗粒粉尘亲和性强,难于分离,而粉尘又是钢铁厂的宝贵资源,不对钢铁厂厂区废水进行处理而外排,将造成的既污染环境,又浪费资源,针对该问题,提出了对钢铁厂厂区污水进行微波处理的技术方案,并建立某钢铁厂钢铁厂厂区污水工艺仿真控制系统;提出了建立该控制系统的研究方法,并结合工程案例,给出了控制系统的组成部分;建立了实验性的微波处理器模型;最后以实验设计数据为基础,对该钢铁厂厂区污水微波处理效果做了模拟,并做了数据分析.

Abstract:There is strong affinity between water and ultra-fine particles of dust. It's extremely difficult to separate water and ultra-fine dust, and the latter is a valuable resource. If the waste water was let out without treating,it will bring entironment polluton and resource waste.
