| 摘 要： | 企业信访工作，事关广大职工群众的切身利益，事关企业改革、发展与稳定的大局，职责光荣神圣，任务繁重艰巨。广大企业信访干部，面对新形势和新任务的发展要求，只有在本职岗位上有所作为，才能确定信访工作的重要地位，才能取得相应的威望和威信，真正发挥好职能作用，实现信访干部的有为、有位、有威。

| Abstract: | Letter and visit work of an enterprise relates to personal interest of the masses, and to reform, development and stability of the enterprise, which is very heavy and difficult. Facing the demand of development of new situations and new task, only the letter and visit cadre work hard and effectively at their own positions, can the importance of the letter and visit work be assured, can they award corresponding prestige, really play their function and realize their promise, position and prestige. |
