多金属井下铲运机自动计量系统的设计与实现

摘    要:长期以来,柿竹园公司多金属井下铲运机出矿采用人工计量的形式来完成。这种方式存在计量效率低、浪费人力成本、计量不准确、作业环境差等诸多问题。结合铲运机装载量电子秤技术、无线射频技术、2.4GWIFI技术、组网技术等,完成了多金属井下铲运机自动计量系统的设计与开发,该系统实现了无人值守自动计量和远程实时监控,在实际生产运用中效果显著。

Design and implementation of the scraper automatic measurement system in multi-metal mine

Abstract:For a long time, the scraper ore removal is measured in the form of artificial measurement in multi-metal mine of Shizhuyuan Company. There are many problems in this way, such as the waste of human resources, bad work environment, and low working efficiency. Combined with scraper loading electronic weighing technology, radio frequency technology, 2.4GWI-FI technology, networking technology and so on, the design and development of the scraper automatic measurement system in multi-metal mine is completed, and the automatic measurement and remote real-time monitoring are realized. The effect is remarkable in the actual production application.
