莱西金矿分级尾砂胶结性能实验研究

摘    要:针对莱西金矿地质条件复杂、现有采矿方法安全形势严峻的问题,开展了分级尾砂胶结充填技术研究.矿山充填可限制地表塌陷,实现矿山无废开采,提高矿石回收率,降低贫化率.试验选取莱西金矿分级尾砂为骨料,C料为胶结剂进行配比试验.针对影响充填体强度的影响因素进行试验.根据试块单轴抗压强度数据,分析得出料浆浓度、灰砂比及龄期这三个因素与充填体强度呈正相关.以试验数据为强度选择标准确定莱西金矿合理的充填配比,为莱西金矿选取充填采矿参数提供有益的依据.

Abstract:For the complex situation of geological conditions in Laixi Gold Mine, the security situation is serious if using the existing mining method, so there is a research on the classified tailings backfill technology. Backfill can limit the surface subsidence and achieve the mode of no-waste-discharged at the same time. It can improve ore recovery and reduce ore dilution. This experiment used classified tailings in Laixi Gold Mine as the aggregate and material C as the cementing. The test was made for three factors which is influencing the strength of filling, such as slurry concentration, cement sand ratio and age. According to the uniaxial compressive strength test block data, the result reveals that these three factors and the filling body strength were positively correlated. Based on the compressive strength of the filling, a suitable filling mixing proportion for Laixi Gold Mine is determined, and the result can provide useful basis for the parameters selection of mining and filling processes.
