摘    要:本文主要介绍六工位机械手的结构并分析其驱动系统及控制系统,驱动和控制系统采用PLC控制。PLC的通用性、灵活性强,当装配零件的尺寸及数量改变时,I/O点的接线及I/O继电器的分配只要在原本设计上加以改动即可,从而提高工作效率,降低生产成本。

Abstract:In order to meet the market needs,technical requirements of modern industrial technology in the production structure show the characters of flexibility,intelligence and universality,thus which makes the manipulator was used more and more widely.Manipulator,also called industrial robot is the automation equipment.It can simulate the hands,arms and some other actions according to the predetermined procedures,tracks and other requirements,which help to realize capture,manipulate tools or porters.This paper mainly introduced the structure of six-station manipulator and analyzed its driving and controlling system which is controlled by PLC.PLC has the feature of high versatility and flexibility.When the number or size of assembly components are changed,the distribution of I/O points and I/O relay can be altered due to the original design,thus improved the efficiency and reduced production costs.
