反应硼化烧结法制备陶瓷-金属高硬覆层材料

摘    要:硼化物是一种优良的耐磨材料,但由于其较差的烧结性能和极大的脆性限制了这种材料的应用,反应硼化烧结法很好地解决了这一问题。本文介绍了反应硼化烧结法的条件,反应硼化烧结法典型的烧结过程以及陶瓷-金属高硬覆层材料的制备过程。指出由于高硬覆层材料具有优良的性能,因而对于反应硼化烧结法制备陶瓷-金属高硬覆层材料的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract:Borides are promising candidates for wear resistant materials. But poor sinterablity and extreme brittleness of borides retarded their application. Reaction boronizing sintering methed has solved this problem. This paper introduces the criteria for the reaction boronizing methed, the typical sequence of events expected in reaction boronizing sintering and the process of manufacturing cladding matarial.As the high hardness cladding material has excellent properties,there is great theoretical and practical significance to study this method.
