锌合金压铸件无氰工艺概述

摘    要:介绍了几种适用于锌合金压铸件的无氰电镀工艺(包括焦磷酸盐镀铜、中性镀镍、有机磷酸镀铜和酒石酸盐镀铜)以及化学镀镍工艺(包括焦磷酸盐体系和柠檬酸盐体系).对锌合金压铸件无氰表面处理的难点和目前存在的问题(如结合力、黑点和光亮度)进行了分析.

Abstract:Several non-cyanide electroplating processes,including pyrophosphate copper electroplating,neutral nickel electroplating,organophosphate copper electroplating and tartrate copper electroplating,as well as electroless nickel plating processes with pyrophosphate and citrate systems for zinc alloy die-castings were introduced. The difficulties and existing problems such as adhesion strength,black spot and brightness for non-cyanide surface treatment of zinc alloy die-castings were analyzed.
