| 摘 要： | 综述了目前国内外天然植物香精油提取技术的最新研究进展,重点总结了天然植物香精油提取方法及其各自的特点和天然植物香精油成分分析、鉴定方法的研究现状,以期为将来更加深入地研究和开发天然植物香精提供一定的理论基础。

| Abstract: | The latest research progress in extraction technology of essential oils from plants home and abroad were reviewed in this paper. The paper summarized extraction methods,their principles,the advantages and identification methods of essential oil from plants,and the status quo. The result of this paper provided some theoretical basis for the further study and exploitation of natural plant essential oils resources. |
